I think its great that you made your own group I would like to join.

I am also a member of SZ_AND_SZA (schizophrenia and schizoaffective) on yahoo groups. Signup is free and just needs moderator approval and you are welcome to the group. There are a few dozen or so very active members, but the total group size at any one time is a few hundred. You might want to check it out the moderators are your peers and are great people.

I'm scizoaffective bipolar type too... just coming out of a depressive mood swing into my mania mode. This just happened a few days ago and I'm already needing less sleep, more activity.
