I have Schizoaffective Disorder and I Lost my Doctor of 10yrs do to
being Cut of my SSI and SSDI do to a Felony Probation Warrant
in SSI /SSDI 7/2009 and I got my Warrant Cleared up in Tampa, FL
and i got my SSI and SSDI back by 11/2009 and in 1/2010 I moved
Back to San Diego, CA to see my Doctor of 10yrs to get my Meds back
and with medicare i got with $200.00 Co-Pay that made me loss of my
Trusted Doctor of 10yrs and now Homeless and no meds After 2 refils
I walk away From Probation in 2/1993 in Tampa, FL and I was Homeless
and Very Paranoid of Someone was going to Kill Me.. and I jumped
Bus back to Scranton, PA and some how I blocked my Probation from
my stress and Paranoid and I tried to kill me 2 Times and I Got my
SSI and SSDI in 11/1994 and i am having a Hardtime Trusting Doctors
and i now have a new Doctor for my meds with my 2nd visit next week
on 7/2014 and i was on a Review from SSA and they sent me to there
Doctor and there Doctor is Saying I am no longer Disabled

and i am Appealed them on there BS

I got a cessation letter and I'm schizoaffective also. I'm appealing the heck out of it. I'm not on probation tho and just signed a lease and took on a car payment. It's scary. You have 60 days to appeal. If you have to just reapply and if you get denied then appeal. In Missouri as long as you are appealing you can keep your Medicaid. Call your states Bar Association if you need a lawyer.

Try to get your meds thru prescriptionhope.com or needymeds.com. Please just get your meds and take them.

I Appealed them at SSA on this and I got a new Doctor and
I am Back on meds (Invega 6mg) and I am So happy also
getting my Doctor that I lost back in end of Aug 25, 2014 he is
my Big kahuna of Knowning me Since 6/2000
I get my meds at walmart

Hi HoboofOside, I'm sorry that you lost your SSI/SSDI benefits. If it appears that you won't be getting your benefits reinstated, you may want to consult a Forensic Psychiatrist. That may be an option for you. If you're unfamiliar with FP's. have someone that is qualified help you find one.They may not be for everyone but then again, If it's your last option it may be the right thing for you. Good Luck.

Hi Celestial_Thoughts,

I Appeal them SSA Social Security Admins and they can't stop
my Check in a Appeal and on 7/22/2014
I told my new Doctor what SSA Doctor
Said and my new Doctor said me that you are Disabled
and it at "A Disability Hearing Officer"and I will be seeing
my old Doctor on Aug 25th,2014..
