Well the weather broke and now I am manic. I got an emergency appointment with my doctors PA and she doubled my zonegran from 100mg to 200mg. I've slept like maybe 20 hrs in 2 weeks. I haven't got to the hallucinations yet thankfully. I hope the zonegran does something and I don't end up in the hospital. I also spend like my entire SSDI check in like 2 days and really don't remember buying that tv. But yea.

This is our illness. I was $35,000 on debt. Now I've learned. No credit cards.

If I catch myself before I'm too manic, I call the bank and put a hold on my account so I can only withdraw or spend a certain amount of money at a time, usually the amount of my largest bill.

I froze my debit card in a block of ice, but I'm really good with remembering numbers so that didn't help lol. Was able to take TV back.

Ice! That's pretty creative. And hilarious. I might try that some time.

Found this thread on p8 of this forum and thought it was a good time to bring it to the current page. I don't get the mania. I'm exactly opposite and get even more depressed. I have the depressive type of sza.
