Ok hi everyone.
I was wondering if any of you experience this.
So sometimes inside my head gets really quiet and then I realize how loud it usually it. Not like physically.
I guess it's kind of like how when you go to a party or something and there's a lot going on. People are talking. Music is playing. Etc.
and then you come home and you're alone and it's just really quiet and calm and you get really happy because finally it's peaceful.
It's like that but inside my head and i don't usually notice until it gets quiet.

I tried explaining this to my mom and some other of my friends they have no idea what I'm talking about.

Thanks for reading!

I quite enjoy when my mind quiets down for a while also. Its tiring for me because its always full of stuff flying around, thoughts, sounds.

Maybe not quite the same thing, but I tend to narrate my life, like I'm reading a book. It's very tiring, not to mention distracting.sometimes I'm watching my favorite show or reading my favorite book, and I realize I'm completely lost because I've been paying attention to my own narration. When I can get it to stop and just watch or read, it's like...I don't even know how to describe it.

I've never done that. that's super interesting!
Like for me I just don't realize how "loud" my mind really is until I get these moments of silence.

I never realize how noisy my head is until I'm taking my meds properly. Suddenly, blissfully quiet.

i like silence. most of the time the noise is hard to even decipher.
like 80 people talking at once, very annoying. throw in a laugh track. you know...
oh and the images! hahaha.
