I hope this goes away. I keep dwelling on things, worrying, and feeling down.

Any suggestions?

I try my very hardest to get distracted by watching movies, playing games or listening to music. I try to imagine all the people in my head and all the positive things I have been told in real life and online.

Definitely, distraction is essential. For some reason, I usually need a couple of things at once. Like right now I'm watching DVDs and posting here on PC. Those two things are the things that help the most. Doing them at the same time, really helps. Also, things like vacuuming, weed whacking and mowing on my riding mower help alot.

I hope you can find something to help.
