Hi! I replied in the other thread you posted this in and I get them too.
Sometimes they're bugs but other times I see like a person standing next to me.
This was most common for me when I was working in retail

Are you at either a heightened emotional state or physically exhausted?

Is it possible you have what's called "floaters" in your eye(s) ?

I get tiny black shiny dots when my blood pressure is too low. That is the only thing similar to that that I have experienced. My peripheral vision hallucinations tend to fully-formed things that are there and then suddenly not there. But I do also get the blood pressure dots, floaters, etc.

I see both, and I have my eyes checked regularly. Check out the thread in Schizophrenia and Psychosis. There's a thread there very similar.

Wow, I see things move in my perepheral view, and sometimes an insect looks like a bird or something larger. I find myself ducking and dodging. My hair whips across my eyes and it looks like a big black whatever and I'm almost on the floor to avoid it hitting me. So to answer your question, yes, I do to.

I get shadowy wisps. My T and PDoc don't seem surprised. I think that it's part of the Wonderful World of Schizoaffective Disorder.
Thanks for this!

I had this in May this year - figures in my peripheral vision, sometimes across the room and sometimes close up. My pdoc was going to put me back on antipsychotics, but changed her mind and said it was probably due to stress.

Its just the combo of meds , does the same doctor prescribe all the meds? Some people can't take ADHD meds if they have a psychotic disorder. I'm not qualified to give you advice though. I just have never seen that combination. Anyway , are the visual hallucinations , causing real dysfunction or are they just a minor irritation?

Also you said in a previous post you take lithium for psychosis. Also it seems that 1mg of risperidone seems too small a dose to balance out the rest of your meds.

Gotta love shadow people. Since taking seroquel I also see light people (for lack of a better term) and I see lions and fluffy dogs. All out of my peripheral vision.

I see shadow people and cats walk or run through my peripheral. I have even said excuse me to some of them, thinking they were real people lol.

I think this is somewhat normal. In my last apartment, I would see roaches crawling about the wall. I would swat at them only to find they'd vanished into thin air once I lifted my hand. No guts, no scurrying. Just a bare white wall. Now, my experience is easily explained by the fact that I spent the majority of my childhood in a house that was heavily infested with roaches. Although, as a person who is not schizo-affected, I feel I am vastly unqualified to give any sort of advice, I also realize this is a forum-a place where people are generally looking for reassurance and compassion from people with similar experiences. Therefore, I will feel free to make a suggestion despite my ignorance.
There is always a reason for everything. Well, obviously. Your seeing mystery "movement" could be a response to your current situation or, as in my case, a remnant of some trauma. Has something happened recently that has caused you anxiety? Are you stressed or depressed? Monitor your feeling when you see them. If you find yourself growing more and more frightful at their presence, definitely speak to your therapist about it.
