I've had voices on and off, couldn't tell anything what they are saying until now.
They say we are going to get you dead or alive, they are hard to take.

I've never had a hard time hearing my voices. They don't threaten death and mayhem; they provide a running commentary on every little thing I do and run me down, and my friends down, and comment on people on the street, etc. Recently I was at my father's funeral, and one of the voices sang, "Another One Bites The Dust" over and over again. Amusing the first few times, then depressing as it went on and on and on...

Are you on anti-psychotics? I find they help a little bit, but they have serious side effects that are hard to take. I also use CBSST training to fight the voices, and that helps a little bit, too. Good luck managing your symptoms, and perhaps if your voices are not strong, you will be able to overcome them?
