Lots of things are hard to figure out. I ask myself, why do I still have these voices? I don't think I deserve them. But maybe there's a lesson I haven't learned yet? So I say to myself, keep listening to others here & to everything. I hope that's my inner knowing, trying to guide me.

I'm conducting a 90 day experient. I'm using DBT and CBT techniques every day and journaling about it. I want to keep track of my progress and improve my mood each day. So far it's gone well. I take notes, write down affirmations, use photos and quotes. At the end of the 90 days, I will have content for a book I want to write. It might be a self-help book or a memoir. I'm in self-publishing school at the moment, so I am learning more about writing. I already have two books published. I want to do more.

I'm reaching a stable point, I think. The hallucinations have been diminished a lot. How lucky for me. I think I just need to do exactly as do for this to happen. I'm so excited. I talked to my Mom and Dad about it. I was blown away when I first started to notice they were going away. I think it's a lot, but I hope I can get it to be nothing for a long time. Well, I don't really need to change anything because it's already being lessened. Or what do you all think? Change a few things here and there, or let it all ride out? I wouldn't actually mess with this would I? Well, this entire thing is what I prayed for. And I am getting so lucky! It's amazing.

Got my antipsychotic medication raised up a little. Should help the symptoms. I hope it doesn't increase the negative symptoms though.

I wish I could get some medicine that would remove the voices.

Have you tried Rexulti? It's been very helpful to me. Except it made me gain weight.

Today turned out to be very stressful and sad. I used DBT this morning. I might use it again. Or do a meditation. I've been journaling, which is helping. I want to scream into a pillow. I had a breakup with my boyfriend, which hurt pretty bad. I'm trying today.

I'm seriously underweight, so that might be an asset!

I am being more talkative and more into doing things. I mean that I am not doing one thing all day long anymore. It seems like freedom is coming for me. I am also realizing insanity is one big word for a monster already cosmic size. It's coming around to me the hallucinations and delusions are truly not based in reality. And that means they are happening nowhere in time or space. Not to anyone. I think it means such a big deal it's coming around like this. But it means so much more. Because I am starting to learn the unrealness, it is just a perceptual disturbancy. It is caused by the not firing right neuroscience of my brain. And so I calm down a little. It does not mean so many things about me in poetry. It means that I need to put effort into correcting some of my habits. It is going to be a miracle once it all comes together. Sometimes I think I can fix myself. I have hope for myself, what can I say?
