I feel discouraged today. For some reason, I don't have as much stamina as I used to have. I think I am taking the remainder of the weekend to relax. Maybe that will improve my mood.

I've had a couple of good days. And I think today will be a good day. I have a telehealth appointment with my med provider today. It's just routine to get med refills. I really wish I could try a new AD, but I'm afraid of side effects. And I have too many upcoming appointments to mess with my chemistry right now. I'll just have to keep on the way I am. I think if I can control my thoughts better, I will do better.

I two really bad days. This morning was rough too. But I'm doing better now. I've been busy. I think that has helped.

I've been down & up. I enjoyed watching tv earlier today, which brought my spirits up. Distraction helps me sometimes when I'm not even expecting that. I'm doing ok at the moment.
