Bipolar Schizoaffective is also rare I looked it up some and it’s a disorder

I have schizoaffective depressive type. I think it's less common than schizoaffective bipolar type, but don't quote me on that lol because I'm not sure.

WA, I have schizoaffective depressed type also. I've also heard it is more rare than the bipolar type but like you, I'm not sure. Maybe it's an urban myth.

I have Schizoaffective disorder, bipolar type. I've never exactly tried to put effort into learning how common it was. I was diagnosed in about 2017.

I was diagnosed with SZA in 2020 or 2019. cant remember. before that it was bipolar w/psychotic features. now its sza bipolar type.

yes, it is rare. but, i have schizoaffective with bipolar. only 0.03% has it.
