Hi, I haven't been here for ages. I am depressed right now and feeling so alone. I am on so much medication to treat my illness, but I still get depressed. It frustrates me so much. I was convinced that my pdoc didn't want to work with me anymore, but he emailed me back and said that he does. He's really a very nice dr. I see my pdoc and GP next week because this depression came on so suddenly. Anybody taking lamictal and it caused mood instability? Anybody out there? I feel so alone. I have no friends IRL because of my illness and social anxiety.

Hi, Simone! I don't take lamictal, but I get depressed. I hope you will find relief soon. Maybe there are helpful remedies that don't involve drugs? When I have been better I had an exercise routine every day
& I followed the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) principles. But, as you know, sometimes we feel too overwhelmed & our motivation slips a lot. I'm glad you're here. Please keep posting! Hugs & love to you!

Well, I saw my pdoc and he has stopped the lamictal and reassured me that he wants to work with me. He thinks my paranoia about him might be psychosis related and is going to increase my latuda at next visit. I have been working on my thinking...reminding myself that this will pass. It always does. Thank you so much for stopping by. It helps to know I'm not alone

I hear and heart you too Kit. I'm on lithium and effexor and latuda among others and I still get unwell. This time I think a med caused it. A med I am stopping tonight, thank the goddess. Hope you're having a lovely day or eve, depending on where you are.

I understand where you're coming from. It sucks. I'm on three antipsychotics, a mood stabilizer, and a few others and I'm not stable. I hope the increase in latuda has helped you along with stopping the other med. Update us when you can
