I'm thinking I want to try some minimalism. This is going to be healthy. I want to try to find beauty products that I can buy over and over again, until I achieve a great healthy dose of vigilance and dedication to these or those products. Or is this sentiment kind of weird/strange? On my own I'm heading down the path of wanting MORE. And I've recently gone through that period where I'm screaming, "I never wanna die!!!!" like that Walk by Foo Fighters song. AND part of this is because of shopping with my Mom....do you believe I should go with my desires or my head and heart needing to live as one and go on together?

I seem to be heading toward minimal eating territory again. And I think I like it.....I seem to eat during winter more. But one of the docs said it's common to have something like that go on.

So, remember, Keep Breathing and live like Today's the Greatest Day You've Ever Know.

I think I've found some hacks to my illness. This will be so good going forward.

I've honestly been very worrisome. I got to this point when I wanted to celebrate natural beauty by going completely without makeup except my new OXY acne wash, alcohol-free toner, and pink grapefruit acne moisturizer. I seriously thought about it and throw out nearly all my self-care/beauty products. Later on, I rescued them from the outside garbage. I waited a little and bought some makeup at Dollar General and threw like 95% of my makeup in the trash. I think it was a mistake....

Fourth of July was uneventful. Mom and I had lunch at On the Border Mexican Restaurant and our waitress had on some great makeup! Red, white, and blue as eyeshadow....

Ran out of meds (Depakote, Zyprexa) Sunday so I'm just relying on my injection. No point in taking all these meds if I'm using anyways.

I asked my pdoc to take me off of Lybalvi and put me back on Olanzapine which he is doing. And then he wants to increase the Latuda to 120 mg.

Pdoc appointment later in about 2.5 hours. I'm nervous about it for some reason, even though he is always very nice to me.

I'm back in the USA and feel great. I felt stressed in Asia. And, I am much happier here. Life is a journey. I am still trekking my way through life.

That's cool. I used to live in Argentina for a time, and I am also back the USA now. The world is a very stressful place these days. I'm sure you'll appreciate your time in Asia. Sometimes it takes time to start appreciating it though.

I haven't read those books, SK, but I have read one by Stephanie Anne Allen called "How to Survive Schizoaffective Disorder," one that is very short, but it has a lot of good thoughts and it is super uplifting. You might even consider getting the audiobook edition of it, as I really like listening to the audiobook edition of it especially when I am having a hard time.

Hi friends,

I am out of Inpatient Hospitalization. I was there 6 days. My medicines got all switched up. I saw my GP today too.

I am still having having some psychosis and some

Possible trigger:

The hospital was alright. I didn't kick up or act out or anything so the nurses and doctors were pretty nice to me. But I could see their frustration with other patients who were not behaving.

It's not the hospital that I wanted to go to, but the one I wanted to go to had no beds so they transferred me to this one. It was okay. If I needed it, I wouldn't hesitate to go back there.

I missed the forums though.

HUGS all, Kit
