Been stable almost two years. Living on my own 6 months, working my job over a year. Have a financial plan to repay debt. Seeing my daughter consistently. Going to therapy individual and group regularly. Life is going well. Developing new goals, and living life.

Aviza wow congratulations on 2 years of being stable. That is great and living independently too.

Sounds like you are in a wonderful routine. Keep up the good work.

Just update: had to increase my meds but have maintained stability. Arms worker noticed I was hypomanic a lot. Relationship with my daughter good, she gave me her phone number. Still maintaining my therapy, meds, and following protocol. It takes effort but I'm maintaining stability. No voices for a long time. Still working part time. Same job 2 years. Lost track of how long stable. People think I'm normal and don't need all this therapy. Should be working full time, etc
