Probably a dozen years ago or so, I was given an MMPI. One of the comments in the report was that I suffered from, or exhibited, "schizoid ideation". I still don't know exactly what that term means. Can someone explain it to me? Thanks!

Well, ideation basically means "thinking." So, it basically means the kind of thinking associated with being schizoid. You can read further about that here on Psych Central.

I was given an MMPI personality test before also and I was told I was schizoideffective, however I do not believe the diagnosis was accurate , just a stigma I live with to mess up my life and job opportunites and friend opportunies. I am a loner now, I try to keep busy writing and collecting stamps and trying to be a good mother , best I can God is good and I still have God I try and pray and believe
the Lord for good things in my life. Happy Easter everyone. and Love someone today.!!
