I don't think they took it out though. I can't see them doing that.

So you can see there that all the personality disorders were retained. They looked at doing something completely different that would seem to remove some disorders, but really it wasn't removing disorders it was clarifying them in a different and more fluid way. What they've found is that the 10 categories for PDs were very rigid and didn't allow for humans to be... well, humans who do not fit well in boxes, (since they are personality disorders) so they were looking at making things more flexible.
