I am Katana. I watch out for Blu, as she is SO easily damaged. Yes, I am part of her personality - just different. She questions what is safe and what is not, and when she doesn't know, I come forward to take care of things properly. Today I am here to discern whether this site will be detrimental to her fragile mental state. On top of that, she is in a very sad place right now, and does not wish to speak. Tell me, please, how this place would be helpful to Blu. Thank you.

hi katana......welcome to psych central. you will find we have several forums where blu can post about her concerns and receive feedback from other members. she will get a lot of support here. it is a safe place where people do not judge others. you can talk about anything.
