I have severe paranoia. The government is spying on me for killing 350,000 people through my dreams. I have psychic dreams and predicted the tsunami, plane crashes, murders, bombings and earthquakes, 9/11 and more. I believe that I'm responsible for influencing those deaths. The government put several devices in my room one is a listening device and the other sends my thoughts to them so they can listen to them. I go into a mode where I speak in a weird language and believe that i can fly. The government is controlling me in that mode and put the thoughts in my head. They also implanted a chip in me and that is how they are controlling me and my movements. Then at times I have trouble forming a complete sentence with out messing up. It gets all jumbled up and no one understands what I'm trying to say. I also freeze up to 60 times a day in all sorts of weird positions. Sometimes it can last for a few minutes or longer but it happens one after another one with just a few minutes in between. I do hallucinate as well but with me it is mainly the visuals instead of voices. I do occasionally hear my name being called or a conversation but not too often since I am on anti psychotic medications. I have inappropriate emotions and laugh at everything! I also cut myself because of the guilt of my dreams that killed all those people. I'm also worried that people are talking about me where ever I am because of my bizarre behavior and thoughts.

Well, I would say personally that you are more Schizophrenic than I am, even though, I'm no doctor.

You should try and get in to see a doctor as soon as you can. It sounds like psychosis, (delusions, hallucinations, etc), but psychosis can be part of many different diagnosis. I get severe paranoia, however I am schizoaffective. There are personality disorders, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders that all have the component of psychosis in [some] cases.

I do see a pdoc and he says I have schizoaffective disorder. I don't believe him because I think I am not psychotic but I think everything is caused by stress or something like that. I just wanted to see what you all had to say about my symptoms to see if you think its schizophrenia or another psychotic disorder and thank you for replying. I wanted to know if everyone agrees with my pdoc or you think it is something other than schizophrenia or psychosis.
