why is that life feel so unreal without medicine and sort of real with it? What changes really?

But tonight my arm is so small ,like a stick and I'm on med's . I don't know what to tell myseelf tonight to make it go away. Just two sticks writing away at the keyboard. Med'splease take this all away!!!
