I am under a LOT of pressure right now, and most of you know how that goes, symptoms get worse. The monsters are getting angrier and louder...they are having a hayday.
How do you relax at times like this?

Lie down with an iPod fastened to my ears and playing music that I like.

I drop a few of my "chores" and rearrange my time so it's less stressful. I stop and figure out what I would like for myself and go in that direction.

My iPod Touch helps me during times of stress. Stress brings out the symptoms in me as well. There are times where nothing helps because during the times of extreme stress and symptoms my concentration is horrible and it is hard to do anything that helps. I don't use my iPod for music but rather games. For music I listen to it on YouTube while I am on the Internet. Music relaxes me.

Wow, I sound like an echoe here, but I would definitely say that music helps me with my stress and psychotic symptoms. Aside from that, I'd say exercise helps a lot as well.
