i dont know about you, but
woe is me, i have the shamanic sickness and have been marked as such, there is no advantage here, and my sorrow is endless, my only consolation that with luck my death will be quick, painless, and final.

i'd like to end with this song;

ALL THE LEAVES ARE GONE

THERE IS NO END TO YOUR SORROW
THERE IS NO END
THERE IS NO END AND TOMORROW
SORROW IT WILL COME AGAIN.
YOU CANNOT LEND WHAT YOU BORROW
YOU CANNOT LEND
YOU CANNOT GIVE AWAY YOUR SORROW
TOMORROW IT WILL COME AGAIN.
IT WILL COME AGAIN AND TOMORROW
ALL THE LEAVES ARE GONE GONE GONE
ALL THE LEAVES ARE GONE
LEAVES ARE GONE.
THERE’LL BE NO END TO YOUR SORROW
THERE’LL BE NO END
THERE’LL BE NO END AND TOMORROW
SORROW IT WILL COME AGAIN, COME AGAIN!
IT WILL COME AGAIN AND TOMORROW
ALL THE LEAVES ARE GONE GONE GONE
ALL THE LEAVES ARE GONE
LEAVES ARE GONE
IT WILL COME AGAIN AND TOMORROW
ALL THE LEAVES ARE GONE GONE GONE!
ALL THE LEAVES ARE GONE
LEAVES ARE GONE!

You can accept that you have psychosis, if that is what it is, without accepting that it is totally wonderful, or that you will have it forever. If you accept its existence, you may be able to start to investigate it, which in turn can lead to understanding, which can lead to much better health and satisfaction in your life. Especially if you can find someone who understands it to aid you in your path of learning.

Take it easy with that. Don't make it a requirement that you get off quickly, or you may box yourself into a position that will not work out well.
