Ok so I saw my nurse today and there has been a conspricay going on for ages, anyway my nurse admitted stuff (can't really mention it here - in case certain people see it) then she said it wasn't true, I think because she didn't want the other nurse to know - she was signalling me with her eyes - so I would know it was true.

Anyway she came with another nurse - I hadn't seen her before and she seemed ok - but now I keep getting this image of stabbing her and I don't know why, but it just keeps happening. Things like this have happened before - I've never actually done it.

But I keep laughing and I don't know why - I'm looking at cameras that watch and listen to me, laughing and it's not funny, because they are the reason why it's all happening.

I've been doing really well according to everyone.

I feel like I need to make a stand for myself - because no one is listening

When things like that happened before, did it get better after you got to know the person better? Maybe you won't keep getting the image of stabbing the new nurse after you work with her some? I would wait for awhile and see what happens, if things become clearer.

I'm glad they everyone feels you are doing well!

((KUREHA)) - I'm sorry you're struggling with suspicions. Have you told your doctor about these 'intrusive thoughts' regarding the stabbing? Would it make you feel better to have some different nurses?

Thanks

Last time it only lasted a little while - except for the people that were really trying to kill me, but I don't think this new nurse is - so I don't know where it has come from. I'm guessing it's the people with the cameras - it was them last time.

It's just confusing - do I want to do it - do I not - why is it so funny.
Well my nurse is coming with this new nurse - because they have to be in pairs - but my nurse is ok.

I can't tell them this though - last time this kind of stuff got me sectioned - so I'm keeping it quiet.

Sometimes confusing can feel funny because funny is more available and comfortable than not knowing and being confused all the time. I would tell your nurse you know so she can get you help.

That makes sense - thanks

I think I'll wait it out first - I don't see her again until 3 weeks - my nurse is away for 2 weeks and I don't want to see just the new one.

It's kind of annoying as well - I shouldn't be thinking of that nurse when
I'm watching a video of the band I love lol.

I really don't want to be thinking this though.

Greetings,

Please, calm yourself down and try to let common sense guide you back to reality. Your mind seems to be playing subtle tricks on you, making you become defensive. Relax and realize that such disturbed feelings you are having, are coming from your ill mind.

Stay Positive!

Have a good one.

Hi Kureha

I have angry voices in my head that want me to hurt someone.
I never do. I don't like those voices. They are yelling at me.
This all can be very confusing. You have to flip the switch and think
about something else. How about cute little baby penguins.
Thanks for this!

Well I worked out why they wanted that.

I wouldn't do it - they just try to get more control, to try and make it happen.
