Feel really confused at the moment , i have psychosis and DID, i feel that am being controlled by others other than my alters and that i have to do things like tonight the controllers want me to cut the word "*****" on myself because they want to see if i will do what am told there experimenting with me to see if i will fallow there orders or not.
They say they will hurt others who live with me if i don't do what they say
So i have to do it
even with my medication there still there so they must be real
I have to get a point were am along with cut the word "***** " on myself

Hi AC: I'm sorry you're having to deal with these dark people. I hope you decide not to cooperate with them. It sounds to me like if you do what they want this time, they'll just come back demanding more of you. Might as well nip it in the bud.

I'm a little confused by something. You say these others are testing you to see if you'll follow orders, but you also say they're threatening to hurt others if you don't do what they say. These seem like two different things to me. One is a test to see how compliant you are. The other is an attempt to force you to act. Why do both? If they want to test you, why make the threat? If they want to force you to act, why pretent like it's a test? If a mugger wants your wallet and he points a gun at you, he's not experimenting to see if you'll follow orders; he just wants you to hand over your wallet.
