Im recently diagnosed with undifferentiated schizophrenia. Im on antipsychotics and im not feeling well much of the time. Its not the sporadic voices i hear that bother me, even if they are negative, but the feeling of fear and panic. Thats the only symptoms i have when im on pills, but thats bothering me very much. Do you have any kind of advice for me. BTW my fears are not related to anything unrealistic, they are ordinary fears on maximum level. Thank you.
