I’d like to believe in recovery. It just seems too good to be true. Forgive me but I am in a black place. I sit back and watch people applauding the “recovered” and it feels like people like me are being left behind in some chronic, terminal place. We cheer on those who have made it through some extreme state of being and forget those who have to live a lifetime in it. It takes strength beyond the norm to face this day after day and still decide to get up tomorrow.
Thanks for this!

Hey Mick. Maybe not the same place, but I'm with you.

Are you currently taking any medication? There are many medications to try and hopefully one will work for you.
Thanks for this!

Tried so many I have lost count. Trilafon helped slightly with agitation but nothing ever, EVER helped with voices. Beginning to think the meds are a lie.

I would be willing to take any medication if it worked but I am one of the "favoured few" that nothing seems to work for.

I do utilize therapy and that helps to some degree.

Thanks for your comment. Wish you the best.
