i dunno if i'm hearin voices in my head a lot lately its weird i feel like i'm thinking in conversations should i tell my doc ? i dunno its not like bad really but kinda weird

If it worries you then you should tell your doctor. There's nothing wrong with being cautious... but it could be perfectly natural, or a coping mechanism in a stressful situation. I think a lot of people think to themselves conversationally, it's a way of problem solving. Is there anything particularly stressful going on in your life right now... besides the worry you have over voices?
