pdoc asked if i heard voices which i dont but get visual hallucinations of people and she asked if these spoke to me, which they do - does this class as auditory hallucination? wondering what this all means

That would be an auditory and visual hallucination at the same time.
It mightn't mean anything... I'm surprised by the statistic, but apparently a lot of "sane" people have hallucinations, it's a matter of whether it bothers you or not.
