What does that even mean? I constantly hallucinate and hear things that aren't there. I used to think they were ghosts or paranormal but now I don't. They keep me up all night and I can't sleep in the dark, because I see things constantly...like stuff in the shadows.
I don't know what the hell "pyschotic features" with bipolar even means.

Does anyone know what that means?

Let me take a step back, my pyschologist said I possibly had early onset Schizophrenia.

My pyschiatrist (new one) said I have pyschotic features.

hallucinating is a psychotic feature. Bipolar is a mood disorder.

It is a better diagnoses than Schizophrenia, you should be relieved.
