I'm waiting on a reply from the physiatrist. I have hallucinations of people, delusions that people are going to kill me, lack of inspiration ( I'm a artist) and motivation, Im isolating myself most of the time because no one listens to me, I get annoyed easily and I'm spiralling into depression. The hallucinations are awful and it happens in school which means I can't concentrate in lessons, my grades have dropped as well. I see them everywhere including in my room at night. I hardly get any sleep and if I do fall asleep I'm awoken by the people compressing my chest or shaking me awake, the only reason I know they're not real is my sister slept with me a few nights and woke up to me screaming, crying and shaking and she was like wth. I have put on loads of weight(2st) in 2 months then lost it all again in the space of 3 weeks. I was underweight anyway my lowest weight being 4st when it started again and it's starting to worry me. I also had to wait 2 1/2 months for my appointment, it's bad that the system works that way. I'm 14 now and only just seeing someone about it, it started when I was six and has and will continue to ruin my life

Well, it's a psychiatric label, so truly only a psychiatrist can tell you if you have it. But your symptoms sound like things people with schizophrenia usually have, yes. Or if it makes you feel better to call yourself schizophrenic (or if it doesn't), that's completely your choice independent of what anybody says.

I'm judging from your use of stone that you're somewhere in the UK. (I am in the UK myself.) It does take a long time to see a psych, and yeah, the system is really rubbish.

Lots of hugs. I'm glad you found us to talk to; I hope there are other people in your life you can get help from also.

A lot of what you described sounds like what some of us on the forum go through, definitely... And at least if you have a label, you know how to deal with your problems. Feel better soon! And I hope you get your artistic inspiration back. I've been fighting that same problem. I used to pastel & write poetry every day & then it all just disappeared. But I believe it will come back someday soon. So yours should too! : )

My creative ability has been zapped. Not sure if I will ever get it back.
I hope the doc can help you. If not go to another doc for a second opinion.
