It could be, I told my nurse ages ago that they were giving me meds to make me crazy, but she said she was busy enough.

I still don't know why I take it though, my nurse said if nothing was changing they would know I wasn't ill, nothing is, so why am I still taking it.
I might just stop.

The drugs they made me take certainly made me more unwell than anything I ever had whilst unmedicated. I don't think they made me psychotic, though -- that kind of drug tends to be illegal.

Do you remember the time before you had to take drugs?

well for me I know taking Zyprexa gave me a mood disorder, at least a worse disorder. Before I was just kind of unstable but I never had any of this emptiness business I experience now. And I know it was the meds because that is why I stopped them to begin with, it gave me the same sensation just a little more intense. It never went away. I don't feel emotions properly anymore.
I'm sure meds can cause ALL KIND of problems that are just being blamed on the illnesses themselves.

I think one of the most frightening things about the meds is that the public stereotype of a person with schizophrenia is (other than deranged murderer) a person who is completely spaced out, who slurs their speech, and is quite possibly drooling . . . except that's not from the condition. It's from the drugs.

Once you screw with your natural body chemistry with unnatural medications, it's going to be altered... But please try not to despair over it. Who knows if it wouldn't have gotten this far over time? All you can do is learn to move on & find a new, safer way to handle your thoughts/behaviour. : )
Thanks for this!
