Like how long are you in the acute phase for roughly? Either treated or not, I'm just curious.
Apparently I'm atypical because my episode lasted about 4 months acute and about 2 months prodromal prior to that. |

The shortest one lasted a few seconds (that is when I thought someone was going to buy my brother's company for many millions of dollars) to over a year. Most last about a few weeks to a month or so. I am stable right now although I have occasional symptoms. A few lines of a voice to a few lines of thought insertion. Sometimes I think birds are doing special flight patterns just meant for me. On the recent trip I had it was bizarre. During the autism conference I felt like I was in a dream and talked very weird and occasional disorganization. Severe depersonalization and derealization. Also what was weird was that the government was following me everywhere. Nearly every hotel we stayed at they had government license plates. Also as mentioned in another post of mine that they helicopters flight patterns are directly over my house. Everyone else hears the helicopters so its not an auditory hallucination.
