My names Scorched. Im 19. I was diagnosed when i was 16 with paranoid schizophrenia . At first i self medicated alot with marijuana and alcohol . I resisted the meds at first but after i quit the drinking and weed and my head was clear i began taking them like i was supposed to. I started to believe in the medicine and now im like a really positive person , not hearing any voices or having delusions .
but i guess i was lucky since i was diagnosed early as i've been told. ![]() But one thing i find weird is how i dont really remember how i was feeling when i was going through my episodes nor what i was deluded over ![]() |

I'm glad you are doing better - it's really positive for other people as well
![]() My nurse always said it was best to start meds asap - before things take a hold.
