any body out there done cbt with hearing voices and has help!
i've just started doing this not sure if it will help when meds don't work. |

hey. i haven't done it, but i've most certainly read about it. in fact i tried to post something about it before but it got 'moved'...
i think it is an interesting approach and some people have found benefit to it :-) i'm glad it is helping you :-) do you mind if i ask what you are working on? |
