I delete my posts a lot because I'm afraid of any & all information about myself, no matter how vague & nonthreatening, will be used against me. My words will be twisted around to promote the agendas of people who want to hurt me. They always are. No matter how hard I try, I'm never good enough. They never leave me alone. They will never stop.

i get it.
ive been doing the same this past month. deleting - redeleting 5-6 times sometimes. ive grown more paranoid this pas month.

I worry about that as well, but the nurse has notes - so it's all there in the open.
I do try to censor myself a bit on here.

I don't like using my real name on things and I don't like it when people on the phone ask me my name. I am paranoid and I have issues with my name. My name is what it is on here so people who know me can't find me. I don't mean like my husband, I mean other people, like people who know my husband and then also know my name. Some of his friends I am very paranoid about them making fun of me behind my back (and behind his back, too.) Or also people I've known in the past on other places.
My name also includes a code for my identity. But unless you know my identity already it is hidden. All of this, because of paranoia....

I too get a lot of paranoia about people knowing who I am.

 My avatar is a painting I did (acrylic on canvas, 2011, 12" diameter) called 'Distorted Perception'.  I have psychosis and take 800mg seroquel. Also anxiety and pain issues. |
