So yesterday was my first time to have a full blown psychotic episode in a long time (since I have been on medicine). I can't describe what happened because it was all so confusing to me. I am just saying it was terrifying and I am glad I am okay from it today. My doctor said that it was so short lived because of my medication and I am grateful for that.

Well I'm glad ur ok. I find those the most confusing because u r on ur meds and when something happens u wonder if it's real or not even more than usual. At least it's like that for me.
