I know she's doing it on purpose. She wore some shoes today so I can't hear her walking. She comes in the room silently like a ninja and is standing behind me. I'm not sure of her motives but she's making me very upset and nervous today....

She's always in a bad mood recently, like 95% of her time here at work. I really, really feel she's out to sabotoge me in some way. It's freaking me out!

I'm sorry you're going through this. I know it's scary when people are acting like that and you know something malevolent is going on. I wish I knew something to say that would help you feel calmer about this. Why do you think she's trying to sabotage you like this?

In the past she has been part of the group of people trying to get me fired. She is a perfectionist and has no tolerance for the fact that I am not and cannot be one. Even if I was a perfectionist I would go crazy because I can't catch all my mistakes. I don't know why she's being so sneaking today....

She revealed to me that she feels very blah.... but, she has this very cold presance about her when she just says she is feeling blah.... It sets off my paranoia radar and it freaks me out. I can't tell if there is a real reason to be on edge or not, because of the past. It's so annoying!

Sometimes people are so miserable and they have nothing better to do than to try and bring us down. I hope you don't let it get to you too much. She's trying to push your buttons, I think. Don't let her win.
