Sorry the title is a little weird,
I'm just wondering if it's common to see bugs or feel something crawling in or on your skin that's not really there? I'm seeing my therapist in a few days and lately this has been happening a lot for me at night while I'm actually trying to sleep. I'm not sure if it's a part of psychosis or not. It's not really scary or anything, it's just annoying and I would like for it to stop. I'm not sure if there really are bugs in my bed or not, as when I checked the sheets, I didn't see anything. And I don't have any bug bites so I don't think it's bed bugs. |

So couple of possibilities...there are tactile or touch hallucinations but also med side effects, not sure if you're on meds or recently changed them but its a possibility.

It could be the meds.
The only changes that I have had to my meds recently was that the dose was lowered. That could be it. I might still talk to my therapist about it, just to let her know what's been going on. |

Kori, I've had similar experiences. I have a feeling of a buzzing or slight shock that runs thru the seams of my pants. Its not really scary but it is annoying. It seems to be one psychotic thing that my meds don't seem to control as much as the other psychotic things I go thru. Being extra vigilant with my meds is important because it does eventually go away......D.
