|
one of my new voices started complaining she is getting raped when i have sex or masterbate. she acts sad afterwards too. not sure what to do. any advice is appreciated.

Can you try explaining things to her? How old is she in your mind? Explain at that level.

Ask her why she thinks it's rape instead of something fun....I mean the next time you hear from her....does she not like who you're with or why not masturbate it's pretty much all plus on that one.

Is she capable of doing it? If not then explain that she's not capable I know my voices had no physical control...then as far as when she wants to perhaps you make a deal with her....sometimes you will do it when she wants to if she's quiet when you want to.

I could try that. she does have physical control when i allow her. shes not very good with making deals though ive tried that before. she pretty much just does what she wants anyway even if we have an agreement. letting her do it when she wants to might make her feel better though. thank you for the advice.

Wow that's interesting that she has physical control that almost sounds like dissociative identity disorder...those guys have to deal with alters...they might have better advice for a voice that can take control.

I have alters that are children and totally freak out about anything sexual. I explained that it's normal for me as a grown up to have sexual needs etc.. and the children don't need to be afraid. They don't need to be present for intimate sexual moments. If they do pop up (the kids) and are scared, i stop and my b-friend and i go for a walk or something. I have DID. You might want to check out the dissociative disorders forum.
