How did you tell your T that you experience hallucinations? I'm so scared to tell him.

In passing? If your therapist is any good they'll dive into it.

The question I have is did the dynamics change after you told them you had hallucinations? I've heard varying stories, and I'm still not sure if I want to tell mine.

Usually I write daily to t and hand it to her when I go in. I put it in there. I also tell her there's weirdness going on.
