good question i think i am but not sure.i hop-e they go away for good one day.im with spectrum and they are helping.so am i going to get better and stay better?i don't know?maybe it's up to the individual.i know one thing im pretty much independent all my life. getting better?

Are they ever any good to you or do you ever get any benifit, or do you really want them to go away for forever and for always??? Mine are very often good to me.

i want them to go away for good.i feel like they are but i don't know.i need to keep reminding myself that they not real.they are trying to go away.just about gone.my social worker came and visit me today.i told her i was getting better.she said i know you are getting better. you look better.so i guess im better.
