My minds just slowly getting more worse he the min idk what to do anymore I just want to hurt everyone n every way possible cause of everything being thrown at me and it's sent me into meltdown

Have you seen a doctor about this...you might benefit from an inpatient stay. It's not great to be in the hospital but if you want to hurt other people consider doing it so you don't do something that will change you life forever. I know if I hurt someone while sick I would be terribly upset by it when I got well again...

You can even just call 911 and tell them you're hearing voices and need to goto the hospital and they will send someone to bring you to the right place.

My kids stop me from acting on anything in that nature no matter how bad anything is at all my kids r the only reason I breath I'm trying g to get help so my kids don't loose there mom at my own hands.
