Just one of those nights. All I want to do is sleep through it. But I cant sleep. The voices are so loud and so convincing. Its so hard to not believe them and not to listen. The tv is sending me messages and the radio is talking to me. I took my meds but no relief. I am so tired of this. All I can think of is a final sleep of peace for eternity. I have no one to talk to and no one who understands. I so bad want to be happy again and motivated and even a little interested in life but it so hard with the images I see and the voices I listen to. My paranoia is at an all time high. I can't use the phone because people will listen in and they will call the cops on me. I feel like the NSA is recruiting all those around me to come against me. Two of them follow me around everywhere and i just can't seem to shake them. Things just suck right now and I just needed to get some of this off my chest. Thank you for taking the time to read and listen. Maybe one day I will be able to talk to someone in real life. Thanks.

Wow I'm so sorry for all of it. What med are you on and what have you tried...a lot of us have gone though several to find one that works. if you want to talk to someone in real life you might try a warm line they are usually people who have been though what you've been though so they have better advice but they are usually state/region specific so I can't just give you a generic number....any way try to hang in there and give your doc a call about the meds not working for you there is a really good chance they can fix it.

Also here is a resource for dealing with voices...not everything will work it's very individual but you might find something you haven't tried...

Thank you for all your replies. I have the number for the worm line maybe I'll try it out. I'm on risperadol, thorazine, lithium, and effexor. I have tried just about ever med out there, nothing seems to work. I am working with a new pdoc and my therapist to get through this, I just hate those really bad nights. Thank you for caring.

Do you take anything for sleep? I hope things work out with your new pdoc etc and keep posting here if it helps at all.
