They are sending me to a psychiatrist for further evaluation. I don't think that's a good sign..... It's not my fault that my brother's possessed.... Or that the government's brainwashing us.... Or that I hear footsteps and see dark figures......

Being referred to a specialist physician is not because you have done something wrong. It's because the goal is to help you be free of symptoms that interfere with your ability to function and have a good life.

I usually feel like I have done something wrong. I also feel as if I only get in people's way. As a result, I feel little motivation to take care of myself (I haven't brushed my teeth in a week). *sigh*
