Texting Could Help Smokers Quit

So I'm putting this here because of the high rate of smoking associated with sz and a number of people on this board who have tried or want to quit at various points. Apparently signing up for text based support doubles your chances of quitting...there are a number of programs availble but you get messages randomly or in some cases when you send codes like crave to the service. Here is one.
Sign Up | SmokefreeTXT | Smokefree.gov

I wish they had text support for other struggles too... I wonder how hard it would be to set up support for something like dealing with hallucinations, depression etc. I wouldn't mind getting an uplifting note from time to time with just some generic message of hope.
