How bad is your paranoia? (If you have paranoia). Mine is almost obsessive. I can't not think about it. It's always there.

Mine is constant to a degree. It's always there but usually it's manageable. Sometimes it gets really bad though.

Mine comes and goes sometimes there's only a bit and sometimes it's really bad

mine is all the time. im paranoid all the time. medication has NEVER fixed that.

Mine used to be always there, but since I've been on medication it's not so constant...but it's still there considerably more than it should be and stops me from living my life.

im pretty paranoid all the time but when im well i can usually ignore it and know that its just paranoia. but when im sick i get obsessed about it and believe its 100% real.

Mine is almost always there, but I tend to overcompensate for it and become too trusting in other people but maybe that's just from a paranoid point of view?
