So metformin seems to to be successful in females , especially in cases of polycystic ovary syndrome, in reducing prolactin levels. Im male , anyone else here manage to control prolactin over the longterm.

If you add abilify to the risperidone you block the prolactin effect but this was a small trial and if you can't tolerate abilify you're out of luck...my understanding was it just didn't work for you so you might be able to use it as an add on.

Hadnt heard about this , id definitely would give it ago , if i could depend on risperidone to do the job that would be enough , if abilify could do its magic on prolactin at a low dose. Thats all i would need.
