I usually feel emotionless (hence my real world nickname, emotionless ghost. I don't care that they call me that.) but sometimes in the mornings I feel very low.

I feel a myriad of things. Sometimes I'm happy, sometimes I'm anxious, sometimes I'm sad, sometimes I'm angry, sometimes I feel confident, sometimes I feel like less than nothing. Of course with bipolar I tend to swing from pole to pole, but right now I think the meds are working right and I just feel... like me. I don't know. Content. Secure.

Before I took meds my moods would get really extreme. Extremely angry, extremely sad and extremely anxious were the usual ones. But now my mood is just 'ok' most of the time. Rarely happy, but never suicidally depressed or screaming at the top of my lungs, literally pulling my hair out sort of angry like I used to be constantly. But I'm more at the sad end of the spectrum.

I don't see any of those as my baseline state they are all either too high too low or too nothing....I tend to be calm and thoughtful....not particularly happy but it's pleasant and restful.

I feel sometimes anxious, sometimes paranoid, sometimes content, sometimes angry, sometimes happy, sometimes bored.

I'm still trying to stabilize so....

I cant really choose from the poll list because I dont have a set emotional state and it also depends on where I am at the moment.sometimes I feel sad and depressed sometimes I feel happy sometimes I dont feel anything at all and sometimes I feel paranoid and confused.

I voted sad and depressed because my usual state of mind is depressed, paranoid, scared and confused all at the same time. Right now I'm excited for a change. That's solely because I am risking leaving town to see a friend tomorrow and will be spending the night at his place. I haven't seen him in a while so that always puts me in a happy and excitable mood when I do visit him. He's one of the few people who truly understands me.

I'm on a roller coaster ride from hades. I can laugh then explode in anger then cry real sad tears then laugh again. I'm still not stable yet and it's not every day.
