When people talk i hear what they said repeated in my head. When it is quite i hear nothing. I don't know if this could be hallucination becasue when hallucinating people hear voices and it be anyhting and they hear voices telling them things but in my case i just hear what is being said repeated in my head. It can be anything i hear from people, from Tv, from radio or from videos i watch in youtube. Basically i hear what's being said repeated in my head and when it is quite i hear nothing. I don't know if this could be a psychiatric disorder or neurological. I am really scared that this might be a rare condition that there is no treatment for. Please anyboby help me to figure what this is. My doctor has given me Zyprexa but it's not helping.

Well zyprexa should help with hallucinations but you might have to change the dose or switch to another med. However there are many causes of hallucinations and some are neurological....did you get a head ct or MRI?

I have this sometimes, but the voice gets interupted by my thought and complains to some other voice that seems to read a pre-programmed message. I use physical blocks and clozaril

I would see a neurologist. I am in the field of neurophysiology and I think it souls like it *could* be neurological.

I have massive tactile hallucinations and I can hear my own voice vibrating all over my body. and then there are others that do the same that are not mine. it's like feedback or something.
