hi all. newbie here. diagnosed with psychosis 3 years ago, done my time (3 years) with a mental health team. Never trusted any of them, and still don't trust many people.

Always paranoid and anxious but a good kindred heart. Looking at hearing your stories and maybe listening to mine huh?
