I keep getting really angry at the small thing people say or do to me, and I'm not usually that irritable, anybody else go though stages of this sort of thing? Anyways to supress getting so annoyed and angry at ever small thing?

It happens to me when I'm not on my meds. I get irritable and impatient over EVERYTHING! Thankfully I don't have that problem now. I'm not sure if it's the meds or the meditation though? Could be a combination of the two.

Yep! I'm there! EVERY SINGLE THING under the sun is on my nerves right now! I feel like a really bad toothache - sensitive to everything like an exposed nerve! Sorry you're having a bad day too!
