Tip 48 make a gratitude list from the book 2 bipolar chicks.....

So I'm reading this book thinking about the upcoming turkey day and how some families give thanks around the table and it's similar to this gratitude list the bipolar chicks suggest while depressed I thought it might be nice to do for the sz forum. Sometimes we forget everything we have.....so what are you thankful for....

This is a good idea Sometimes! Even though I don't celebrate thanksgiving, I think it is still good to remind myself that, however bad things seem, they could always be worse. So I am grateful for my lovely dog, that I have a warm roof over my head, and another day not in jail.

I'm thankful for my friend, for my apartment even though it's a disaster, for Abilify finally working, for my psych central friends, and for my phones, TV, and cable.

I'm thankful for the fact that I haven't crashed my car yet, that I have you all , that I am doing better socially in real-life than I have since my onset, that I have a lot of energy now, that I'm not depressed, and that I am pursuing my dream of becoming a doctor even though many people (including past me) have told me that it is a bad idea and that I won't make it.
